In compliance with Spain’s Personal Data Protection Act ( Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal), you are hereby informed that your personal data will be stored in a file shared by all companies in the corporate group GRUPO QDIAGNOSTICA with the aim of answering your queries; sending, by both traditional and electronic means, information concerning our services; evaluating job applications in any of our centres or offices; or delivering any other service in connection with our range of activities that we may find potentially interesting for you.
Grupo QDIAGNOSTICA guarantees the adoption of such technical and organisational measures as may be necessary in order to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and safety of personal data, thus preventing their loss, alteration, non-authorised treatment or access, notwithstanding the current state of technology and the nature of stored data, as well as the fact that users must be aware that Web security is never complete.
With all of the above in mind, and in compliance with provisions set up in Royal Degree RD 1720/2007, 21st December, wherein regulations are established for the implementation of the above mentioned law (Reglamento de Desarrollo de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999), QDIAGNOSTICA informs you that a Security Document has been drawn up including applicable security measures that all staff working for our corporate group and having access to personal data should follow on a compulsory basis.
Natural persons having submitted their personal data to Grupo QDIAGNOSTICA, either by introducing them in a form or by communicating them via e-mail, may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition or deletion regarding such data by sending a written request to that effect to the address mentioned in the opening paragraph of the present text.
Grupo QDIAGNOSTICA reserves the right to modify this Policy so as to adapt it to legislative changes and new developments in case law as well as to business practices. Should that be the case, the new terms and conditions will be published on this site.
Unless otherwise specified, the submission of all requested data will be compulsory, since without them QDIAGNOSTICA would not be able to deliver services demanded by users.
